  They just do whatever they want here lol! Every time, the same order is made different. They do not read the ticket and by the time you drive off, the drink is A MESS and who is really about to wait in line for 20 minutes again? The first 2 months they were open was the best. I am not a huge coffee drinker, but was there every day. The drinks were AMAZING. Unfortunately, they have truly fallen off since!

  The location has gotten worse by the day. The workers no longer walk out to get your orders they wait until you pull under where they deliver the drinks at to take your order. Never is a warm welcome approach when greeted. The last 4 times I was handed both drinks with foam or icing dripping down the cup and or when asked for light ice it is never granted. Even watch the worker acted like she redid it with light ice only to hand me back the same drink I was not pleased with. It’s always a 15-30 min wait minimum. The workers inside or more worried bout personal conversation than getting the orders out. Definitely will not be returning back to this location. It has went down since it first opened. The original crew is needed back asap. The workers stays on their phone the entire time, directly in your face.

  I am sad to see so many bad reviews on a place that always gives me such a great experience. I come almost every afternoon/evening to get myself a little treat after leaving work. On this day, I also happened to be having a bad week and almost hesitated on a sweet treat but decided to give it a go. When I came by, I was approached by Nala who took my order and the way we instantly clicked! She is so sweet! Not only was her service 10/10 but you can tell she genuinely cares about others which is rare to come across at any place of business. I got to the window and the girl at lane whose name I believe to be Kim, was just as sweet as Nala. Not to mention the care and attention to detail by making sure my drink was dry, mess free and correct. It is so refreshing to go by somewhere after a long week and leave with a smile on your face. Thank you Kim and Nala for a great experience! I will definitely be back for my sweet treat this week.

  I had such a great experience at 7 Brew thanks to Christopher. From the moment I pulled up, he brought an energy that completely elevated my day. He’s one of those employees who doesn’t just take your order—he makes the whole interaction feel personal and enjoyable. Christopher was upbeat, attentive, and genuinely friendly. He listened carefully to what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions without being pushy, and made sure everything was exactly right. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. Even in a busy rush, he stayed patient, positive, and totally on top of things. The drink he made was perfect, but honestly, it was his customer service that stood out the most. People like Christopher are the reason customers keep coming back. 7 Brew is lucky to have someone who represents the brand with that level of professionalism and warmth. If you’re stopping by, I hope you get served by him—he’ll make your day a little brighter. ^_^

  UPDATED REVIEW AS OF 4/13/26: I have to share how impressed I am with the recent changes at the 7 Brew in Stockbridge. While I had a frustrating experience here in the past, I am so glad I decided to give them another try—my last two visits have been nothing short of fantastic! The service has completely turned around and is now top-tier. Every time I pull up, the staff is incredibly professional, genuinely friendly, and always greets me with a big smile. It is such a pleasant, seamless, and stress-free experience now. They handle my drink orders perfectly and with such a positive attitude, which has made all the difference. It’s wonderful to see this team really hitting their stride. They are now fast, welcoming, and consistently great at what they do. If you haven't been by lately, I highly recommend stopping in—this location has truly become my favorite spot in the area ———————————————————- What started off really strong has gone downhill very fast. They are extremely over priced for the quality of what you get. Always check your orders because they constantly mess up. The last time I went to this location, I decided to use the walk up window. Instead of being a seamless and stress-free experience, I was met with debauchery and mess. I asked for my drink to have chai tea instead of coffee. I guess this caused a lot of turmoil and disgruntling among the staff which I don’t understand why because it is an easy switch. I witnessed the employees bicker back and forth about my order, and also being very hostile with each other, exchanging attitudes, and even going as far as saying that they should be able to give attitude if the other can dish it out instead. I stood there in disgust and embarrassment that all this was over a simple drink request. Dutch Bros has NEVER given me an issue with any of my drink orders, especially switching from coffee to chai tea. They are also 10x friendlier, welcoming, and conversational. On top of that, they are cheaper! The same drink at Dutch Bros is $5 where it is $7 here. What I witnessed my last time here was extremely ghetto, unprofessional, and shameful. I wish we had a Dutch Bros on this side of town because this location has gone down hill extremely fast.
