When called, they told us we need to bring the pizza back in for a full refund. What is the point of delivery if we have to drive to the store ourself?? Why would inpay extra foe delivery amd tip them if I can just go to the store and pick up the order myself???? Management is horrible and doesn't know how to talk to customers. She made no effort to even think of ways to refund our money. They Dldon't know how to listen, interrupts when I speak and unwilling to show compassion. Never had an issue with dominoes before but after dealing with this, I dont think we'll be ordering from this store ever again. Already called corporate and filed a complaint. Do not place orders feom this store!
