  Food was great. Would’ve been better if it was actually what I ordered. After patiently waiting in line and at the speaker for god knows how long I was finally asked what I wanted with a disrespectful tone. I asked for the baconator combo with a coke. Got to the window and was met with a woman open mouth chewing her food. The entire environment was honestly disgusting. After this I drove home only to find an absolute mess of a spicy chicken sandwich thrown together. I was starving so I ate it but the entire experience just left me baffled and disappointed. Please, do better.

  This Wendy’s location takes so long on orders for no reason. The food is never hot when you get it and the drive thru is horrible especially at night. It seriously shouldn’t take this freaking long. Yall need better workers or something.

  staff was VERY rude. I’m sorry, but if you don’t want to work here, get another job. Everyone goes through things, taking it out on customer at that, is unacceptable.

  I wish I could give an extra 5🌟 review for a brand new employee by the name of 🌟JUSTINE🌟 she just started at 8:00pm today and my mother in law and I were her 2nd customers this evening... you go girl!!!! keep it up 💯... keep your head up... stay strong and God bless 🙏...we will be looking for you in our future visits to Wendy's...❤️

  I was here 3/25/26 around 9:45pm I got a cookie bundle and some nuggets. When I first ordered the bundle, The person taking the order said we didn’t have it. And I heard someone in the back say yes we do. Once I got to the second window, the young teen continued being rude. She told me “we don’t have all your cookies” so of course I ask more questions like, “what do you mean? And “you only have 4 out of the 5?” That’s all I asked and she’s QUICKLY gets irritated, and get the manger that’s standing right there. The manager deflects and grabs the cookies. The girl still has an attitude as I continued to try to pay. I show her my coupon for a free 6pc nuggets and my card. She disregards my phone TWICE and just tries to take my card. I pull back each time and ask her about the coupon she gives me a rude look and she says“ But I still need your cash you out first.” Repeatedly. I have worked in fast food, and been to Wendy’s multiple times and I know thats not the correct way to use a coupon. After three times of not understanding, she gets the manager. I even told the manager that there’s some miscommunication. I was Apologetic, even though I was not in the wrong. The manager handed everything perfectly. Used my coupon, cashed me out, and than 30 seconds later I was gone.
