  I have had several issues with this establishment recently such as ordering delivery to my work and the food not showing up, website being down more than it’s up, being turned away for “broken cooler” and up until last night I chopped it up to technology issues or unavoidable issues. Last night I ordered sandwiches online for the family and picked them up from the store. Arrived and there were no customers inside or anyone else picking up. 2 employees inside doing nothing. Was handed a large bag and assumed everything was inside giving the size of the bag and establishment was not busy. Drove 15 miles home and realized I was missing a sandwich. Called the store for a refund of the missing sandwich because I was not doing a 30 mile round trip to get 1 sandwich. Was told the manager had “stepped out for 5 minutes” and would call me back. Never got a call back or my refund. Do yourself a favor, if you want sandwiches, get them from Jersey Mikes or Firehouse. They were already closed for the night by the time we got around to dinner for the day. DO BETTER STATESBORO JIMMY JOHNS!! You give this chain a bad name.

  Hours are not the same as stated. Ordered my food at 9:48 and never received it. This will probably be my first and last time ordering from here.

  I’m not the type that likes to complain much about anything but I really don’t understand why you have workers turning away employees during work hours. I went in at 10:08 P.M tonight to place an order just to get turned away by the guy behind the counter. He proceeds to tell me that they close at 10:00 P.M when that is not the hours that it shows online.

  They took 25 minutes to make one sandwich. Was very late door dashing and gave my account negative reviews. Abysmal service.

  We always call our orders in but when we get there it is never ready.
