Saw an employee sitting in a chair inside, looked at me and saw me trying to open the door, and didn’t get up to tell me what was going on or to offer to just hand me my food that I could see sitting on the counter inside.

I went around and, mind you very nice employees with great costumer service understood every everything I told them no complications and they where going to go fix it. Until ,ofc as a manager does , ask what happen. she then came to me at the window and asked what happened (after I just told the employees). She had kind of a attitude when I was polite (idk if it was just her southern accent) but then proceeds to make a whole nother sandwich but like was the attitude and trying to hurry up and get me out the drive through necessary? As if it was my fault they got it wrong. Litterally no other car was behind me the employees didn’t need her help and I definitely didn’t need her attitude .
