  I don’t understand why it takes them soooooo long to make a burger and fries. The wait time is ridiculous.

  Waited 20 mins just to get cold food. Then asked if I wanted honey mustard just to leave out the honey mustard.. 0 out of 10 never again.

  The burgers here are the only thing that really brings me here. They’re good, especially for something on the side of town. However, the inside of the restaurant lacks anything that makes you want to stay. Scarlett took my order but halfway through decided to stop taking it and respond to a group text on her phone. I appreciated her attempt to laugh it off with a “sorry I’m just bad at multitasking.” But of course I then had to restate my order. Yes Scarlett, you’re right. The staff seem distracted and the seating is cramped. Good food, just bad atmosphere.

  My order was completely messy! They cannot follow instructions. I pay too much money to get a nasty meal.! The Manager ain’t no better because Tyreek was the one that made my food!! He needs to be replaced and whoever else working in the kitchen! pooler Wayback is 100% better! Will not order from Statesboro again!!
