  It took over an hour to get a meal for two in their seating area, this location obviously focuses the drive thru orders and then the to go orders. Leaving the dine in orders taking this long. Restructure of their priorities needs to take place at the manager level before I recommend dining in

  I have been waiting in this line for over 30 minutes at night. What could possibly be going on to be taking this long? I wish I could review the food but I haven’t even seen the cars move in 40 minutes! I only got to move because someone left!

  Worst Taco Bell ever, made a mistake checking my mobile order, currently sitting for 1.5 hrs and still waiting. Wouldn’t be an issue if the staff weren’t rude

  We waited 40 minutes in the lobby while they continued to make doordash orders that were not there. People who ordered after us got their food before us. Cooks were eating on the line while the lobby was filled with people whether they were waiting on food or waiting to order. Customer service was terrible. The whole staff needs to be fired as the lobby was disgusting too. Spent $12 to sit in the lobby for 40 minutes and watch the staff play the whole time. 10/10 would not recommend to anyone.

  "Do you have a mobile order?" Employees couldn't be bothered to ask that question while my husband waited patiently at the counter... For 10 min... While I changed our daughter in the bathroom, nursed her, and used the bathroom myself... We had put our order in while driving to the establishment. What's the point in ordering on the app if they don't even acknowledge your presence at the counter?
