I did an online order through their app and not only did half of my order not get delivered but what I did receive wasn’t made correctly. The only thing that wasn’t messed up was the cookies. When I called to get this corrected I was told that I had to drive to the store to pickup what was missing ( completely ignoring the incorrect items) or they couldn’t do anything. The point of ordering online and getting delivery for me was that I don’t have access to a car, if I could have driven up there myself I would have because that’s apparently the only way to get what you pay for.
