- THTina HicksJan 5, 20222.0This review is for the subway on Buckhead Dr. I had one of my worst visits to any subway ever tonight. I don't even know where to start. As I walked in the front door I saw trash scattered about through the restaurant. There were four customers ahead of me and one employee and she wasn't in any hurry, so it took longer then it should have for the amount of people that were in there. I go to place my order and she tells me they're out of ham, I said okay and replaced it with another meat.I ask for Italian herb and cheese bread and she tells me they're out of that too. I go to add veggies and almost everything was depleted, I ask for onions and she tells me they're frozen still. I'm grateful she told me, because that would have been a disgusting surprise. I paid for my order and noticed there were barley any potato chips, like maybe 10 to 12 bags and most were one flavor. I saw more trash at the drink station and no tea pitcher out at all, although the lid was. I don't know where the blame lies here, but it's failure on many levels. I didn't mention everything, because it was just too much and I don't have that kind of time. I really wish they would get it together. I have been a subway fan for many years and this is the closest one to my house and convenient on my way home.
