- AHAudrey HathcockNov 10, 20251.0ordered just a sip club sweet tea through drive-thru. waited in line for over 10 minutes, got to the speaker and they said they never got my app order. i told them i had ordered and it was just a sweet tea. the guy on headset just kept saying “i don’t know” without offering any kind of solution until my boyfriend decided to tell him he’s just gonna come inside to figure it out. he went up to the counter with the order number and order info and the boy at the counter told him it was at the pick-up. my boyfriend checked, it wasn’t there, and told the boy that. the boy said that someone must’ve taken it, also offered no solution. luckily the manager, the only one with common sense apparently, looked at the order and just handed him our drink. we waited 15 minutes to get a single drink and the employees just seem completely incapable and clueless on how to solve problems. not a big fan of this location but it’s the only one we have access to.

Waited 15 minutes with no food then I went up to the counter and asked politely where my food was when they informed me they had no bread bowls. This information would’ve been nice to know before I paid the $3 up charge for it. They finally made my soup and I asked for the bread piece it’s supposed to come with, was then informed they also did not have any bread left. Extremely disappointed.
