We waited 45 minutes to receive hard dried out food! The fries were over cooked, the burger dry, buns were hard as though it had been sitting on a counter for a wile. On top of that, they gave me the wrong sandwich as well.... this specific McDonald's seems to be progressively going downhill every time I go there.... people spend too much money dining out for them screw it up or produce such poor quality so frequently....

Is there anyway to give negative stars? Ordered from the kiosk at at 12:34pm on 2/22/26. The store was a little busy with the after church crowd. Used the restroom a few times, it was disgusting, unclean, and stunk of bodily fluids. After a 45 minute wait, yes you read that right, a 45 minute wait for “fast food” , I requested a refund. The manager, was not professional about it. In all if you can avoid this place like the plague, I would.

Waited 20 minutes at curbside before going in to inquire about my order. The lady at the counter saw me coming in, asked if I was curbside and shoved the bag into my hands. No apology for the delay (it was 2 sandwiches), no have a good day, just “here” and walk away.
