  The girl behind the counter wasn't paying attention. She was more worried about talking to her co-worker about her plans to leave early. She rang up my order incorrectly. Then when I asked it to be fixed, she charged me extra. I ended up with 2 half sandwiches instead of one giant sub. Then half of it was wrong. Also, we all know that 2 half subs cost more than 1 giant sub. Which means I paid extra, to get incorrect food and poor service. I have always loved Jimmy John's, but this location did not meet my expectations. I went online and put in a complaint, was told that management would reach out to me and never got anyone to contact me. I was just disappointed, I drove over an hour each way just to get a sandwich, because I had a craving. Next time I will choose a different location.

  I do NOT recommend this location for customers as I'm an avid Jimmy John's lover. I had a really bad experience with their customer service yesterday as I was ignored while asking about the menu options and what sandwich was recommended. I expected the simplest form of consideration as a customer though was disappointed. Do better.

  Today visit was shortened due to the young man working white guy with light pink nails decided he wanted to take my order than proceed to grab gloves after using the broom without washing his hands me asking him was he not gonna wash his hands before fixing our food and it seems like he got an attitude I was very displeased and I honestly feel like that is a hazard and nasty
