I have been most impressed with a young man who waits on me from time to time, so I recently asked for his name (Alex) and for the owners' contact information. He really does display excellence with customers and fellow staff, all of which are friendly and efficient as well. I spoke with Lisa (owner) and appreciate the kind of business she and her husband endeavor to do there. Customer service seems almost non-existent anymore... refreshing to find. Highly recommend!

I ordered a Dunkalatte and asked for no foam, along with a bacon jam grilled cheese. I was told they would “do what they could” about the foam, which already felt dismissive, and the sandwich was terribly made, sloppy and clearly thrown together. I’m always polite and patient, and I’m paying for both the product and the service, so I don’t understand why there continues to be an issue with quality and attention to detail at this location. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing and not what I expect as a paying customer.
