I seen this young man behind the counter trying his best and from what i seen was the customer was upset since she walked in and even I felt offended on how she was picking on this poor guy and he even tried to walk away and she kept going. if that young boy didn’t try and walk away and ending up having to stick up for himself because their manager BILLY who i know well disregard the situation and how he handled it he should never have been a manger. NEVER IN MY LIFE I WITNESS SUCH A HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. they need a whole new manager because even after everything the environment to me will never be the same.
