One it's very annoying, to the point I almost just drove off and went somewhere else. 2 other people did drive off because of it while I waited on my food. The other reason is it trains your employees to not interact with customers. When I got to the window the only thing she said was the dollar amount and when the food was done she just shoved her arm out of the window. Not a thank you or anything. It makes your entire customer service garbage. After having horrible service the food was not even worth eating. Burger was cold and dry and the chicken sandwich was just okay. If I come back here, I will drive off if I get to the order board and you still have a computer taking the orders!

I was the only person in line. She said it wasn’t allowed at drive tru window and I stated to her that I done it the night before and that the app also tells you that. she still refused and demanded I go to the walk up window then proceeded to run away from the drive thru window and into the back door. At 11:20 at night and being rude talking and demanding me the way she did, I refuse to use the walk up window in an environment like that. Very unprofessional
