  This use to be my only go to spot in Statesboro because most other restaurants in the area lack everything other than the food dropped off by the delivery truck. Well, things have drastically changed over the past couple months. Not sure why whomever the cook or food prep person is feel the need to prepare an order of wings and omit the sauce a customer is requesting. I mean, if its not put on the wings, for goodness sake put it on the side! Never have I ever ordered plain wings yet reading the reviews this is just what they do at this location. It seems to now be ran by a bunch of non caring young adults that can careless about customer satisfaction. Another one bites the dust because I'm done! I work too hard for my money to continue contributing to this establishment with no return. At least I was able to go back and get a side of the same seasoning that they omitted from my wings as if they were out of it.

  45 minute wait with 7 tables and 6 people at the bar. $14 for a 3 piece chicken tender with mac n cheese. No mac n cheese and 3.5 oz total of chicken? The new beer cheese cheesesteak is pitiful as well. Called to speak with a manager and they were too busy. With almost noone in the restaurant, not sure what was making them busy. I'm done with this place.

  I am writing this review, my son order lemon pepper wings for me on Door Dash and I tell you I was very disappointed, they were boneless and there were 2 with lemon pepper on them! They were nasty tasting! Most likely I will not order again from them. Cost too much to get food like I received! I can’t believe you would send food out to your customers like this!

  If I could take away the one star I would. Food was terrible. Ordered 10 count boneless wings. Not much sauce and only got 6 wings. One was the size of tennis ball and they were all cold. Spoke to waitress and she said she notice there weren’t 10 when she was bringing them out. All I kept thinking is why did you not fix it before bringing them then. I asked to speak to manger. It took 15 minutes. When he came to table he was full of attitude. I explained the problem and he stated “so what do you want me to do about it.” Then he said I took them off 20 minutes ago. I looked at bill and my points were deducted but no credit for chicken. I went to counter and he said well we can’t figure out how to credit it because it took your points. I said I thought you did it 20 minutes ago. So he lied to me. Then he walked away. He definitely doesn’t care and is in the wrong line of work. He has NO customer service skills. I just paid bill and left. The incompetence is astounding. The lack of customer service is even worse. He was the same manager working a couple of weeks ago when we went in and the music was so loud we couldn’t hear anyone at our table and there was only one other couple in the restaurant and it was freezing in there. They told us the manager likes it this way. It shouldn’t be about the manager it should be about the customers. Buffalo has gone down hill for the last couple years and I have no intention of going back. Statesboro has many chicken places to pick from to be treated badly and disrespectfully.There is like a revolving door with employees. Stop hiring the wrong people. Your restaurant is suffering.
