  The young lady that took our order was really nice. My order was not right but it was good. The line was long but it moved pretty fast.

  Welcome Dutch Brothers to the East side of Georgia! The community has definitely shown them some love, as it is usually very busy. On average there are usually 15-20 cars in line. Now do not let that discourage you! The average time from getting into line, to receiving your order is the same or less than the other corporate coffee shop. We have averaged 5-8 minutes from entering the drive-thru to receiving our order. There are lots of drink options, both coffee and non-coffee. And many sugar free options. We have been visiting Dutch Brothers since 2005, starting in Washington state and Oregon, then more recently in Arizona and finally they made their way to the East coast! So come on down, grab a drink, and welcome them to the real South!

  If you don’t get your drive thru fixed, you’re not going to make it. Over an hour in the drive thru, and an additional 1.50 for no ice in my drink. Just unacceptable. I hope you get it fixed because the drinks are great.

  Leilani who took our order tonight is so special! It was our first time ever at Dutch bros, and my daughter has been looking forward to trying it. She welcomed us and seemed so happy and full of life. You can tell she enjoys working here and loves interacting with customers. I wanted to recognize her and her amazing approach and representation of Dutch Bros. We are now fans and will co tinge to make this our daily stop because of her! Leilani, you are gold! Thank you for the smiles.

  I honestly hate to admit how much I love this place because it makes me not want to share it. The customer service is consistently positive, which keeps me coming back. There are definitely busier times than others. When they first opened, you’d wait around 15–20 minutes during peak hours. Now, it can be closer to 30–45 minutes. I think the outside trainers may have left because it doesn’t seem like they have as much staff as they did in the beginning. That would be the only real downside to going here. That being said, their drinks are phenomenal. I have a hard time going anywhere else because nothing in Statesboro seems to compare. Most drinks are priced around $5–$7, and with a tip, you’re usually closer to $8–$9. Personally, I love the Caramelizer SF, but the Banana Bread Latte is amazing too. You can't order ahead yet, but you can walk up to the window to order instead of going through the drive through. You honestly won't save much time doing that in peak hours though. So pick your poison on which route you choose.
