  Went in for some drinks and bottomless appetizers, and our server was rude from the jump and was guilt tripping us trying to get us to buy more than just the appetizers, which we were going to do anyways. Food was good though.

  My experience at the bdubs was very pleasant. I had a great time and my server, Preston I believe, was awesome! My family’s food was out quick and the cookie skillet we shared was delicious. I will definitely be returning soon!

  You can't seem to get a table when you go at night. They want to close off half the restaurant and try to make you sit at the bar or they do not have enough staff to wait on you. The kitchen is backed up so you have to wait 20 or 30 minutes. All this being said in hopes you will leave and they don't have to work. Guess what it worked! We left and went to another very friendly actually enjoy serving you establishment.

  Unfortunately, my visit to Buffalo Wild Wings wasn’t a great experience with my server Preston. When I asked about requesting for another batch the server acted like it was a problem to accommodate the request. He was very rude and sarcastic. The chips were cold and very salty it tasted old not just once but twice after asking for a fresh batch. The cheese dip and the first round of boneless wings were also served cold. After sending the boneless wings back did we finally get a hot fresh order. Management need to have a talk to Preston about his attitude.

  Thought that we would order some BOGO wings to-go for dinner and lunch the next day. Missing an order of wings and I think the kitchen staff seems to have forgotten that sauce goes on the wings. Paired with some sad looking nachos, it’s definitely something for dinner. When we called to see about a fix, we got told to “go through the app or email corporate”.
