- DMDR MFeb 20, 20262.0Went to the Saint Mary’s Arby’s with the Missus today for a Kings Hawaiian sandwich. Normally, these are great fish sandwiches. My wife decided to have one also, since I enjoy them so much. Both of ours were lukewarm, at best. Her cheese wasn’t even melted. The fries were cold also. She tried a few bites of her sandwich and decided to complain. I was ravenous, since we were two hours past our normal lunch time, and ate mine anyway. I thought we would get great food, since it took a long time to come out. Not so. Management didn’t care and said food could not be so. Lesson learned. Substandard food and apathetic management. We would have had better fish sandwiches at McDonald’s or Dairy Queen.

Found hair in one sandwich, had to reassemble another sandwich-it looked like they just threw the ingredients in the wrapper and closed it up, another sandwich was only sliced half way through-it couldn't be torn apart and wanted to fall apart while eating it. Soda was warm. Wish we would have gone back and got a refund and went somewhere else. Honestly it was so terrible it almost seemed deliberate.
