Hit or miss with service, they have good workers, juat some could care less about helping u.. but gotta say food ia always on point and 100% perfectly cooked ..

That buffalo chicken sandwich was fire! Curly fries were delicious and the lady in the drive-through was so sweet

12/12/25 1:30 PM. Found hair in one sandwich, had to reassemble another sandwich-it looked like they just threw the ingredients in the wrapper and closed it up, another sandwich was only sliced half way through-it couldn't be torn apart and wanted to fall apart while eating it. Soda was warm.
Wish we would have gone back and got a refund and went somewhere else. Honestly it was so terrible it almost seemed deliberate.

The other day I came into the establishment and the manager Tae greeted me and my family. They were so friendly and welcoming, their energy made me want to keep coming back to this Arby’s.
