  Dear Arby's Management, I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent experiences While I found the food, specifically the gyro, to be delicious and the staff members to be professional and friendly, I am concerned about the consistent understaffing at this location. During my visits, I observed only three employees working at a time. This has resulted in excessively long wait times, causing me and many other customers to leave the drive-through line. I have lived in the area since 2017 but hesitated to visit until now due to the reputation. It is evident that the current staff is overworked, and I believe that maintaining a minimum of four employees would significantly improve service efficiency and prevent further loss of revenue from departing customers.   Went to the Saint Mary’s Arby’s with the Missus today for a Kings Hawaiian sandwich. Normally, these are great fish sandwiches. My wife decided to have one also, since I enjoy them so much. Both of ours were lukewarm, at best. Her cheese wasn’t even melted. The fries were cold also. She tried a few bites of her sandwich and decided to complain. I was ravenous, since we were two hours past our normal lunch time, and ate mine anyway. I thought we would get great food, since it took a long time to come out. Not so. Management didn’t care and said food could not be so. Lesson learned. Substandard food and apathetic management. We would have had better fish sandwiches at McDonald’s or Dairy Queen.

  The manager is spot on wonderful. The food came out quickly and Pippin hot .Delicious for fast food. Served with a Southern smile.
