  Every time we order online our meal always seems to have something missing. The last time we ordered the food was overcooked the kids chicken nuggets were way overcooked and the fries were burnt. This time for the first time I ordered a salad for 8 bucks this was the smallest salad ever it looks like a side salad on top of that it was missing some of the ingredients as well as they forgot to provide the dressing. I believe this is a sign. They can never get my meal right it's very frustrating. I'm over it deleting my app.

  Ordered online 30 mins ahead of my break. Got to the location order wasn’t ready. Manager was being rude throwing the fries down and all. 15 mins went by and they finally came over and asked what did I order only to find out the new batch of chili wasn’t made right and wanted me to take a burger instead. I said I didn’t want a burger. If I wanted that I would have orders it. Asked for my order to be canceled and instead she charged me anyway as order picked up. I WANT MY REFUND!!! This store needs a major training day.

  Ordered a #1 no cheese, no condiments, only lettuce,tomato& pickle🙄, 2 slices of cheese was on my burger....took it back, they said " oh, sorry"....they gave me another burger ,I went out to the car & that burger had everything on it as well 🫤took back everything ....Heather & Brian (or Bryant) were very nasty,rude & disrespectful....   I have resisted posting a review on this location Wendy’s because it always been so good. The last three weeks have been ridiculously terrible . The staff is awful. The food is awful and it’s always wrong. The order was wrong and that’s ok be honest, I expected at this point. So I went back to the window and asked if I could just get lettuce added to the incorrect burger and the girl has the audacity to scream that they don’t have lettuce. Like bruh calm down, yall don’t have anything apparently anymore. I don’t understand why there’s no communication and they’re so unfriendly now I don’t know what happened to the other staff, but this place is awful. I work from home so they were convenient but luckily there’s a Taco Bell now right across the street

  It took them forever to get through the drive thru line, which is fine but 20 min from 2cars before the ordering speaker seemed alot. My biggest issue was that no one was friendly. The girl taking my order seemed to not like me ordering 3 meals. She also just reached her hand out for payment without ever saying a word. The same happened at the 2nd window. No one acknowledged me while I was waiting for my food and when it was ready, they simply opened the window and handed it to me. No thank you, or have a good night.
