  I ordered nacho cheese for my chalupas at an extra cost, but it was not included. I also ordered chips and guacamole, but only received the guacamole with no chips. In addition, I requested a burrito with no rice and no jalapeño sauce, but it still came with both, so I wasn’t able to eat it. This was really disappointing, especially since multiple parts of the order were incorrect. I hope more care is taken when reading and preparing customer orders.

  Shacoria is an amazing worker! We loved the food, so friendly to us. They made our experience after pickle ball so fun. Perfect for friends and family. Amazing food.

  The chubby lady with the brown hair in a ponytail IS AN ABSOLUTE GODESS!! I think she's a manager. Anyways she's amazing! Even though the order was messed up, with her customer service we can't help but be happy! This is the first time I've felt compelled to leave a review and I need this woman to get a raise IMMEDIATELY!!

  I ordered the simplest item ever, specifically so they would get it right. Soft Taco, no lettuce, add beans… I even clarified to the young lady, that I still wanted the seasoned beef, but also wanted beans “added”… per the usual… I got tacos with literally only beans… like I can’t make this up… whether I had ordered on DoorDash, went inside or ordered through the drive thru, like I did, it still would’ve been wrong… the concept of adding and subtracting ingredients seems so foreign, to every Taco Bell employee ever… I’m not sure if it’s a reading issue or what… I have to assume, at this point, that they (the employees) are given praise for every order they get wrong… that’s the only way it makes sense… do better man…

  When we got our order we had to tell them they forgot our nuggets. He apologized and went to get them. When we got them home they were burnt to a crisp.The people that was handing us our food were nice and polite. And 2 people not working there either at all or that day was in normal clothes and behind the counter screaming and playing around and acting un professional. People were cussing. Then we get home we also find the fries were cold and weird and tasted funny. One of the nacho cheese cups had just like a ring of cheese at the bottom and wasn't even full. They forgot the tamatoes on the tacos. And all the other stuff that had to be wrapped and grilled came with all the insides coming out and cheese sauce everywhere in the wrapper. All around it was a hot mess. The people handing us our food was the only nice and polite and professional ones that we could see. 3 different people handed us stuff and they where the only ones professional that we saw.
