I asked for a receipt then I was told the registers are down. Well how did you run my card and how much did you charge me? They didn’t even know what I ordered. Day is has great service. Night shift is awful!!! Don’t go at night!!

Received my food and almost done with my burger when I pull out a long strand of brown hair. For reference, I have dark curly hair. This Wendy's always has something wrong with it, missing food, condiments, wrong items, and it's ALWAYS cold. I understand that it may be majority teenagers working here, but that's no excuses for poor service and quality. I didn't force them to get the job so I shouldn't have to deal with their issues because they're unhappy. You may not be able to see the hair clearly in the photo I took, but my point still stands.

I received what looks to be extra mayonnaise and tomato with the pickles. The mayonnaise has encased the pickles and soaked into the chicken breading. Disappointed and hungry
