PLEASE COOK YOUR RICE! The rice here is ALWAYS undercooked and crunchy, but when I chew on a raw piece of rice and chip my teeth. It's not okay. NEVER eating here again !!
Cooperate needs to CLOSE THIS STORE down or bring in new management and employees, before this place gets a LAWSUIT for serving RAW FOOD

I came this morning after I got off work it was the best food frm any chipotle so far and fresh every time I go to camp creek it’s reused food I was recommended to come here in the morning because the big grill cook always puts fresh food out and it’s seasoned like a black person would do it

Service wasn't great. We waited at checkout for a long time with no update as to what the hold up was. Other customers with food ready were waiting for their order to be rung up but they didnt update us. We sort of sat and blankly stared at each other until they just said, okay do it now.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service at this location was absolutely unacceptable, especially from the manager.
On Friday, 12/12/25 at approximately 1:40 PM, I ordered two bowls with chicken and steak. The portions were extremely small, so I asked for double meat, which I always get. When I asked the manager for queso, he gave me a very small amount. I then asked for extra corn, and he immediately said “double?” implying an extra charge. The same response was given when I asked for shredded cheese.
At that point, I was already uncomfortable, but I continued with the order. When I asked for sour cream and vinaigrette, I was told those would be extra as well. That was fine until I was rung up and the total came to $56.
I questioned the total and asked what on my plate justified a $56 charge. The manager stated I had double chicken, which is inaccurate. I always order double meat for two bowls, and my total is usually around $28. From the moment I walked in, the manager had an attitude especially after I requested fresh steak, as the steak available was burnt and sitting at the bottom of the pan.
Instead of explaining the charges professionally, the manager threw my bowls in the trash in front of other customers simply because I questioned the price. This was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and embarrassing.
I am asking the general manager to please review the cameras from that time. The behavior displayed by this manager is unacceptable and will drive customers away. He did not have on a name tag. I believe his name may be Sakoya, or he may have been logged in under another employee’s register (this name was found on my sister’s receipt).
This experience was shocking, and I will not be returning unless this matter is addressed.

They close at 10:00pm; however, they are always “out” of ingredients around 7:30pm with no intentions of replenishing. They rather tell every customer that walks in the door that they are out of everything for the last 3 hours. It’s always the young ones too. Just wanna sit and ride the clock out. Lazy and no true sense of customer service/satisfaction. I feel like if you already at work, you might as well be doing something with your time while you’re there, but I guess that’s just me. The saddest part is this is one of the newest branches too and they’ve already given up. Smh 💔
