I hope you have cameras. I was there approximately at 8:35-8:44pm on Friday 11/21/2025. Management, please pull the tape to see if I’m mistaken, if not, that guy needs to be fired immediately.

Then my turn…it’s not ready!! Then walks away. I wait 10 min hey do you know how long? I said it’s not ready you can cancel it. So then she calls someone in a car and tells her to come inside before she does something to me. I ask for her manager she said she was the manager. The other lady comes in and hands me my order she was HIDING and forgot the drink!!!!!! She needs to be fired immediately. SMH

When I pulled up to the Chipotle Lane, I received my food, but didn't receive my drinks. The lady at the drive thru acted as if I was not waiting at the window...no response to my request to the lack of completion to my paid order. After waiting 15 minutes after I had already received my food, I still had not received my drinks. I was trying to explain I had been waiting for my drink, the young lady cut me off. I asked to speak with the manager, and the manager literally walked away and wouldn't provide me with her name. This franchise definitely lost a patron in me and my family.
