No one acknowledged or greeted me or the other customers when walking in, to inform us that they were out of chicken, pinto, and other items. Instead they allowed us to wait in line, then inform us in an oh well manner. We observed the young man cleaning the grill, it was off, and pulled away from the wall, which means it had been off for some time. I then asked if the business hours were correct, and if they in fact closed at 11 p.m... the young lady confirmed the closing time. I stated how is there no chicken, and they didn't close for another hour? She stated they didn't have anymore to cook. I walked away without making a purchase, in addition to the customers in line behind me. I was so disappointed that I sat in the parking lot and watched several other patrons walk out after being met with the same news. It's very discouraging, because there's not many food options open in this area, but I chose this location over going to the marketplace for the convenience, but they were not properly stocked or prepared for the shift. It's very disappointing because we expect the places around here to be reliable, since there are so few

I raised a legitimate food safety concern and was met with an unprofessional attitude, dismissive behavior, and poor customer service from multiple employees. I was not seeking a refund, only safe food and respectful treatment. Due to how this was handled, I will not be returning to this location or any Chipotle locations.
