  I AM VEGETARIAN specifically ordered a vegan bowl that i did not recieve. I received a load of meat on my food which honestly disturbed me. EVERYTHING WAS INCORRECT AND MISSING ((I asked for black beans i got pinto beans, i ordered hot red salsa didn’t recieve that, i didn’t get the lettuce i ordered, and most of all i got received two different meats when i ordered a VEGAN BOWL.)) i was not able to enjoy my food at all this is not a minor issue this is a full order error. i have attached photos showing the incorrect ingredients and missing ingredients. I also want to mention when my order arrived i tried calling chipotle to resolve the situation last night but they were closing sending me to voicemail. WORK ETHIC It seems as if the workers are rushing orders and are not paying attention to detail which is affecting the accuracy and quality. They’re not preparing the food with care, like it’s something they would actually pay for and want to eat themselves. It feels like people don’t put themselves in the customer’s shoes. Employees lack empathy, That one meal might be just another order to them, but it could be really important to the person receiving it. Imagine spending extra money to have my food delivered and have waited an hour, just for it to be wrong. That’s honestly a waste of my time and money. This is a huge inconvenience for me. It’s like YOU HAVE TO go inside the old national chipotle restaurant and watch over them when they are making your food.

  This is officially my favorite location! All because of the manager on duty. On 04/24/2026 and 11:42 am, she helped me order what is now my go to order. She noticed I was in workout gear and suggested the high protein rice bowl! Paying attention to detail and automatically became a problem solver. The name on my receipt says (host: Dexter). I don’t know if that her name but God Bless her and I’ll be coming back five days a week after my gym workout.

  I don’t know who the hell is working the Uber eats orders tonight, but when I tell you, they took their precious time when they made my order when I tell you they made that order perfectly. I mean down to a science it was neat it was literally put in an order that made it look so freaking pretty like thank you thank you thank you to whoever is working tonight. I hope you see this damn review. You are amazing!!

  The dude with neck tattoo has the nastiest attitude. Like he has no customer service and he has no care on how he place the food in the bowl. The light skin woman is the only one with a great personality. They have to do better with hiring these folks with no custom service
