  I was traveling and stopped by this location. The attitudes are horrible, from the tall, light-skinned girl with black glasses who apparently hates her job to the petite, dark-skinned lady with the long ponytail. Management needs to address these attitudes. This is the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. Not only were they out of many items, but the restaurant was also dirty. Sour cream was in the pico, and cheese was in the corn. Food was all over the counter, and the lettuce was brown. You can’t have both a bad attitude and an unclean restaurant. Please provide customer service training for your staff immediately, or they should consider finding jobs they enjoy.

  Customer service is the worst. They don’t greet you or anything when you come into the place. They’re having their own conversation .No personalities and have attitudes and fixing my damn food. I’M SO DONE!!!!

  I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at . The overall professionalism of the staff was lacking. The only team member who was consistently polite and welcoming was the cashier, who maintained a friendly attitude throughout. Unfortunately, the staff preparing the food were not as accommodating. Portions of meat were noticeably small, and when I politely asked for additional meat, I was met with an unprofessional attitude. This made the experience uncomfortable and unsatisfactory. Based on this visit, I would not recommend this location to others

  I recently visited Chipotle and ordered a chicken bowl, and I was very impressed with the overall experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared just right. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the store was clean and well-maintained, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The staff provided good customer service—friendly, efficient, and attentive. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend if you’re looking for fresh, tasty food in a clean environment.

  By far this is the worth CMG ive been to, most of the food bins were empty and both beans looks like they were in those bins for days. The servicer was pleasant at all. Im tempted to call my bank to request a refund. I wasnt in my area so I refuse to drive all the way to that location to request a refund or complaint. SMDH unacceptable 😒 Update: after reviewing my receipt home i notice I was charged $2.50 for chips when I ordered a chicken burrito and 2 large chips for my 12 yr old granddaughter and her 12 yr old BFF. Wow is this what they do there. People check your receipts before leaving this place SMDH I will be reimbursed😡
