- CJCliff JohnsonDec 16, 20251.0I ordered 22$ worth of food in the drive thru. I paid they told me to pull around front and they would bring it out. After sitting out front for 15 minutes and watching multiple people receive their food, I went inside and asked if my order was ready. They had completely forgotten about it and started making it then. Once my food was done they decided to show a new employee how to wrap my sandwiches knowing I had been waiting and delaying the process even longer. Both small fries were missing from the order. The whole process took over 30 mins to get 22$ worth of food. They weren’t even busy I was the only car in the drive thru. After I finally got my food one of the employees said I’m going on break. You can’t handle one customer and you’re taking a break? Nobody said sorry or offered anything for my wait. They played on there phones and acted like everything was good. Sorry excuse for service and respect for your customers!!! I won’t be back. Hopefully this one closes down to.

While an older male customer who had been waiting on his order was waiting for his order for quite some time, she decided to be rude, disrespectful & plain out unprofessional towards him about his drinks. She literally mocked him, right there in the front of the restaurant. Other customers in the store waiting for their food as well & witnessed her mocking the older gentleman. After hearing from another customer, apparently this ain’t the first time it’s happened either.. yet she’s still employed?!?? Is that really the impression Checkers wants to portray or is it something corporate isn’t aware of?? On the other hand, the other two employees (William & Amberley) that were actively working their behinds off during the rush went out of their way to make the terrible situation with Dedra right with the man. Give them 2 hard workers a raise, they deserve it!
