  I come this place, some in my family buy this chicken wings, the flavor was so good, I tracked the place and I found some close where I live, definitely is one the my weekend night snacks 🙌. The guy in night shift have patience the show me the diferent flavor and guide me how order size one the things custom we need have some orientation.

  Visited the store tonight and had a horrible customer service encounter. I ordered a 8 piece combo bone in wings and waited 20+ minutes in the store. When I received my order and there was only one flat. I asked about the ratio and was told she had made other flat only orders and that's all she had left and that her GM told her not to open another bag. (Lie) Then persisted to argue with me and said I don't understand. I told her I can comprehend and that she should have communicated they only had drummettes left. Remember she lied. I said now I want all flats and she said that we will be a $3 up charge after I agreed and paid for it then she said that will be a 30 minute wait because she had two 30 piece orders. Now they have my money and I still have to wait an additional 30 minutes. I finally got my order and asked for the manager's phone number and she gave me the store number. I called while I was still there and the phone rang and the young ladies just giggled. I called the corporation and filed a report and they agreed with me that was unacceptable. The cook who gave me a hard time also was yelling at the cashier for trying to help me.

  It’s rare to go to a Wingstop and have your food cooked crispy and just right. The fries and everything else were completely on point! Asha, thank you we truly enjoyed it. Keep up the great work. We can’t wait to come back!

  Customer service very poor from the general manager! Food is not cheap and waited for order to be delivered with missing items and watered down drinks. No coke for weeks at this location. Asked me if I wanted to pick up the rest of my order when I paid for delivery what sense is that. Said I would receive refund for fries and then hung up rudely after trying to blame door dash driver for their error! Never ordering from this location again!
