Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Drive thru took forever conversations was dumb she wouldn’t understand and I had to speak much slower for her to understand I was sent to line 1 to wait almost 20 minutes - 30 minutes for two sandwiches smh

I had an outstanding experience at the Whataburger located on Scenic Highway in Lawrenceville, and I felt compelled to recognize the exceptional service I received—specifically from Shawn Scille.
From the moment I walked in, Shawn demonstrated a level of professionalism and attentiveness that truly stood out. He greeted me with genuine energy, made sure my order was accurate, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was prepared exactly as requested. In today’s fast-paced environment, it’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their work and delivers service with both efficiency and care.
The food itself was fresh, hot, and perfectly made—exactly what you hope for when visiting Whataburger. But what elevated this visit was the customer experience. Shawn didn’t just take an order—he created an atmosphere that made me feel valued as a customer. That kind of service is what keeps people coming back.
It’s clear that Shawn represents the brand at a high level, and if this location continues to deliver service like this, it will absolutely stand out among others. I highly recommend this Whataburger location to anyone in the Lawrenceville area.
Outstanding job, Shawn—keep setting the standard.

Manager got mad because im indecisive… i ordered a burger but only the burger. When i got to the window i asked to make it a combo instead because im more hungry than I thought. She says that i cant do that. I replied saying “ oh so i cant get what i want?” She then responds to me with a huge explanation on how difficult and inconvenient it is to void an order. I didnt even make eye contact with her i just said “ thats bot my problem put the fries in the bag!”

Had a great experience at Whataburger thanks to Dontae. He was very polite, helpful, and had a great attitude the entire time. It’s not every day you come across someone who actually makes you feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer.
Everything was handled smoothly, the service was fast, and the overall experience was really good. Dontae definitely stood out and made a positive impression. Great customer service like that deserves to be recognized! Keep that "Great Attitude."
