  Very disappointed with the management at this store.The way the manager treats her staff is unprofessional and disrespectful, especially during busy times. Instead of supporting the team. I also experience the manager being short and dismissive on the phone while the store busy. Overall, the atmosphere reflects a lack of leadership.

  My dirst time trying the drive through, not satisfied at all orderd three different items and 2/3 were not pleasant at all, the kids wrap was wrapped poorly, and the cheese was not melted and verymuch cold, the smoothie was half blended, probably will stick to my normal location

  Tropical Smoothie Cafe, 4129 Stone Mountain Hwy, is my new go‑to when the lunchtime smoothie craving hits. Thankfully, this location understands the assignment. The smoothies are cold, fresh, perfectly blended, and actually taste like the ingredients listed on the menu (a shockingly rare achievement). Not watery, not chunky, not “melted disappointment in a cup”—just consistently great. Filling enough for lunch without putting you into a post‑smoothie coma. Bonus points for the owner, Steve, who is an on‑site operator and clearly runs a tight, professional ship. You can feel the difference. Easily one of the best Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations I’ve visited—and this business traveler has logged an embarrassing number of smoothie stops nationwide. Fast, reliable, and always worth the detour. Highly recommended

  Staff was fine, location is fine. I ordered the Mango Tropiboba bowl and this location clearly uses canned fruit instead of fresh. Very low quality tasting.

  Poor job of packing up orders! How are you supposed to drink smoothies without a straw? Pay attention to details simple as that! I see your phone doesn’t work it tries to connect and then it hangs up. Not good customer service! Most improve fast! Why paint your building grey? Nothing tropical about that color!
