Bartender was amazing! Checked on us... made sure we had everything we needed with pleasure... however, im assuming is was a manager, in a hoodie, sitting at the high top table who kept calling her out on refills and then was standing on the corner of the bar, trying to engage in banter with her, going on and on until finally he realized she was trying to get back to us to cash us out... but it was so unprofessional and distracting to the vibe. He seemed to be hindering her from working more than managing anything. Besides that, food was great and came out exactly as it should have.

Front of house service was amazing. Friendly and polite and wanted to keep me happy from start to finish. I complained cause I was too hot and they cranked up the ac. Food was really good. I had prime rib, I was basically in love with the sweet potato and the broccoli was delicious and cooked well and seasoned properly. Dirty martini was just how I like to order it. Everything perfect! Rare these days. Keep up the good work!

Myself & two coworkers came to this Outback for dinner. We had the small Filet Mignon, Grilled Shrimp & Grilled Salmon entrées. Sides were Broccoli, Sweet Potato, Caesar Salad and a Wedge Salad.
Our meals were absolutely delicious and prepared perfectly. Of course we indulged in a Blooming Onion.
Our lovely server was Kerice. She was very polite, professional and just a Sweetheart. She gave us exceptional service. One of my best Outback experiences.

I had an extremely poor experience last night with the on shift manger just before your closing time.
I order a door dash order and the Ribeye Steak was supposed to be medium. I arrived beyond well done and was "not" charred at all. No smoke taste. I worked in restaurants a long time ago so I understand the importance of that flavor. I actually expected to taste that flavor.
Being that my order was wrong and I know that the store would be closed if I didn't go directly there, I drove to the store to and asked to spek with the manager. This was around 9:35pm on the night of March 11th, 2026. I drove 7 miles one way, which is 14 miles round trip due to the fact that the steak that was sent to me wasn't properly cooked and to me inedible.
You manager on shift who is an older guy with gray hair and a bald or almost bald head expressed zero concern. He was focused on me going back into door dash and focused on me understanding the process. I told him to look at the steak and to please fix me another one. I am the customer and I just drove 7 miles to get here because your cooks messed up my order.
Again, at that time he expressed zero concern and did not apologize.
After they re-cooked the order, and gave me a steak that wasn't charred again, the manager began explaining to me more about how to update door dash. I got very frustrated and asked him how long he has been in management and explained to him that I can't believe that he was in management, that he needed to work on customer service. I added that I just told you I drove 7 miles here and 14 miles total due to your Kitchen's mistake, and that you didn't even apologize. I let him know that he should work on customer service and that this kind of stuff is why all this crazy stuff is happening in restaurants.
Please let me know a reasonable solution that you can come up with by Friday, close of business on the steak and the travel miles.
I drove 14 miles to get terrible service, after receiving a messed up order only to receive a steak that I threw in the trash because it had no taste because it was not charred.
I actually went straight to Marcos Pizza to get food after leaving your Restaurant.
