  If I could leave a review without leaving a star, I would because this place deserves none. This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited, and I will not be returning. I have repeatedly been served cold food at this location—completely unacceptable when people are spending their hard-earned money. Eating out is a luxury, and this place consistently fails to meet even the most basic standard: serving hot, fresh food. On my most recent visit, I specifically requested fresh food. I was assured it would be made fresh after sending it back once, only to receive fries and nuggets that had clearly been re-dropped. Instead of being fresh, they were overly greasy, dry, and still not hot. Re-serving old food like that is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of care—just lazy, and at this point, dishonest as well. This isn’t a one-time issue—it’s a pattern. The staff consistently comes across as unprofessional, and there seems to be little to no accountability for the quality being put out. Let me add the line was line to non outside and I was the only one inside at the time of the initial order. At this point, corporate needs to step in. This location is in serious need of oversight and major improvement.

  I recently left a five star review for this location, but unfortunately I need to update that after my experience with the manager Kevin. As I mentioned before, I visit this McDonald’s every day. I have a child with special needs, and she prefers to have her meal in a Happy Meal box. The staff usually recognizes us, welcomes us warmly, and my food is always fresh. I have truly appreciated that. However, on this particular day, the manager on duty, Kevin, was extremely rude. He refused to place my child’s meal in a Happy Meal box and told me that they ran out of boxes last month, which I know is not true. We only started requesting this in March during the current promotion for the chicken nugget meal in the app. His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. He stated that he could not do it and that he did not care, then walked away from me mid conversation. It was very disrespectful and upsetting. I have tried calling the store multiple times to speak with someone, but the phone goes straight to voicemail. At this point, I will likely come in person to speak with the general manager because this experience was very disheartening.

  Helpful staff, but food takes a very long time and it’s not clear when you walk in if you can order from the counter or have to use the kiosks. We came for the play place, but it was closed. Food was hot, I’ve been to other McDonald’s where there is much better seating options. Overall, the layout and design of the dining area, as well as chairs leaves a lot to be desired. Lastly, it’s kind of cramped in the ordering area, and I really wanted a shamrock shake, but they were out.

  Five stars for this McDonald’s. I have a special needs daughter and we come here almost every day. Visha the manager always makes us feel welcome and ensures the team accommodates us with kindness and patience. The food is always fresh and the customer service is consistently excellent. Truly appreciate this team!
