  They charged me for item I didn't order and when I saw it on the receipt I asked the lady about it and she put her hand up at me and said there's nothing she can do about it as she walked away.

  Can we please fill up the fries? I only get a 30-minute break, so I don’t have time to drive back and fix an order that should’ve been right the first time. Pretty frustrating to pay full price and get a half-filled container.

  I go to this McDonald’s just about everyday to get me a senior coffee and a chicken sandwich are cheeseburger. Everyone is rude accept for the black young male cashier and the older lady who’s always at the front , I have spoke to the manager several times and nothing have been correct, I went this morning to get my coffee and the manger that I spoke to before was rude and looking at me stupid I really dislike it’s not another McDonald close by , I always have to ask for condiments and napkins

  I went through the drive-through. The lady was a white older lady. She told me what two drinks,I ordered on my mobile order and one was wrong so I told her if she could change it she literally said no with an attitude and I stayed there until she opened the drive-through window again and she gave me my drink, but with an attitude instead of just saying, yes I can change your drink. Like am sorry if you had a bad day but no reason to be so mean and rude about it!

  If I could give zero stairs I would but this place don't listen when you order and my son order a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin meal and he had eggshells in his sandwich and I asked for a large coffee they tried to give me a small I asked for a spirit no ice and they tried to give me a spirit with ice and they only thing they got right was the large sweet tea the Hash browns were so hard you can't eat them.. it's just an awful please and service no thank you or anything.. just plain out rude people
