Giving one star is generous….As an Gwinnett County educator for more than two decades, I’ve spent a lot of money purchasing Kristy Kreme while bringing joy to my colleagues and students. This is NOT the location for service.
My experience for the past several months has been unpleasant. Kathy, a team member, was extremely nasty without care or respect for the customer. I wish that I could say that “maybe she was having a bad day…” absolutely not. I’ve experienced the same flippant, nasty attitude during afternoon/evening visits to the store.
This afternoon I asked for a fresh brew of coffee. She scoffed and said, “ We’re not making fresh coffee, it’s COMMON SENSE drink the coffee brewed this morning.” I asked to speak with the manager. She walked away, shrugging her shoulders and throwing her hand towards me! (Again, this wasn’t the first time encountering Kathy’s behavior. I don’t understand...) She returned to the window and said that James, the manager, wants me to come inside. However, going inside wasn’t an option as my little one was half asleep. I told her that I would have to cancel the order. She smirked and shrugged her shoulders again with a “so what, goodbye” attitude.
I don’t expect anything to change, but hopefully other educators and the right person in leadership will read this review. Investing in quality training for professional and interpersonal skills (the basic) will yield the highest revenue. People respect and invest where they feel valued. It’s definitely worth driving farther to a location where customers are treated with respect. Don’t settle for “we’re the only Krispy Kreme on this side of town, you need us no matter how we treat you… your total is $157.77.” I can’t wait to share my experience with school staff, trainings, and district professional developments. We will not support this location. Hopefully, you will consider the poor reviews and make a decision of who is WORTHY of your hard earned money!
Worker at the register turn around like I’m the problem with business. How is this a donut coffee place with no coffee. Lazy employees will always kill the business.

Went today , ordered 6 doughnuts! The total was over 14.00 dollars! The amount didn’t bother me near as much as the very rude girl that waited on me. She just put them in the box overlapping. The doughnuts were cold and clumpy. This location aways has the one person with the WORST attitude at the front register. Why ,why ,why is what I want to know. Maybe train your staff or close your doors!

Stopped by around 9:30 last night (4/18) and waited at counter with no service. Realized a man and his son who were sitting had already been waiting several minutes. Line grew to 8 - 9 customers despite workers cleaning seeing us but no acknowledgement whatsoever. After several minutes, I stepped far enough behind the counter to call around the wall to ask if anyone was going to serve us. Just a blank look but she did call out to someone who very slowly walked out with no communication other than asking for our order. No urgency at all with a now full lobby waiting. Glazed donuts were not fresh... not anywhere close to the quality I'm used to.
Also stopped by a few weeks ago and they were closed early (at least half an hour which could be reasonable if out of product). But...it's just adds to the low expectations I have for this location and I'll skip this one from now on.

Just left this location. With fresh, hot ,glazed doughnuts.. oh my goodness! I usually carry these home to family! I decided to eat one fresh, and YES, thats the way to go! So soft, hot, fresh, and mouth watering! This location is on Scenic Hwy in Snellville, Ga. Clean , friendly, and oh so tasty!!! Stop by and grab some! They fill the box, they are large, not like some of the other doughnut shops!
