This is not the first time they failed to pay attention to the order either. Customer service is awful. No one greets you or thanks you for ordering. They just shove the food out the window like doing their job is a tremendous inconvenience. When we called the store no one picked up the phone. The lack of customer care or attention to detail is ridiculous.
