  The manager Dominique has poor customer service Cooks do not wash their hands while handling your food. They are on their cell phones playing in their hair, digging in their pockets, including the Manager and give you a hard time when trying to refill your drink.

  consistently some of the worst drive thru service i’ve ever received. if you can’t be friendly, you don’t belong in front of customers.

  There was no heat. They didn't have a sign up & they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. When I asked the cashier (I had to stand at the front & wait for about 5 minutes for anyone to even come take my order), "do you not have any heat in here?" She responded with no, it's broken, but never even apologized for it being so cold inside the restaurant.

  Horrible service, wait time was very long, the woman at the drive thru window had on a fur coat, she was not pleasant at all, the looked like they were focused on closing up and not servicing the customer's and the food wasn't fresh. Oh and another worker was sleep at the 1st window. Do better Wendy's

  The women do not wear hair nets while cooking and handling food. I had hair in the food. The saddest part is the manager or DM was here sitting in the tables. Instruct your workers to wear hair nets, it’s part of food safety.
