Shortly after I contacted the online help from the company website for further assistance to straigthen out my app login information. Last year, around August I got food poisoning from there which was reported to them. When I finally felt like having some again in December it did not taste very good at all. And I got another one tonight, it was a new flavor but like the last one it's just like barely flavored water is what it taste like. They used to be so good. Honestly I got it for free and if I had paid for it I would have been really upset!! Unacceptable - especially at $8 pretty smoothie. I even threw the one tonight away, see photo-all that, and I've Never done that!

I had to ask if they were open and she acted annoyed and said “yeah we open” didn’t want to take my order at all. A couple walked in after me and the responses was completely different! Your store lost out on a large order for 4 people because of a terrible attitude and ZERO service! Whoever worked this weekend 12/20/2025 needs to be retrained or fired!
