  Surprisingly good. We had stopped going to Outback, because we really didn’t enjoy the spices of the menu that they provided. However, we ended up at this particular outback and whether it’s a menu change or the way that they were preparing food, we found it really enjoyable above their normal Fair we would highly recommend it.

  If you ever get the chance to sit in Lulu’s section at Outback, consider it a blessing. We rolled in as a family of five 😌hungry, loud, and a little chaotic—and she met us with a smile so genuine it could’ve lit up the whole restaurant. Her kindness wasn’t forced, it wasn’t scripted…it was the real deal. She kept everything running smoother than a well-oiled corporate machine, anticipated what we needed before we even knew we needed it, and made the whole experience feel like we were her top priority. In a world where great service feels rarer than a parking spot on a Saturday night, Lulu showed up and delivered an absolute masterclass. Five stars. Ten out of ten. Whatever the highest rating is—she deserves it. Outback, take note: Lulu is the blueprint.

  My husband took me out to dinner after a hard day at work and I must say that I enjoyed my visit. From the moment we walked in the hostess was very warm and welcoming, the manager came to our table to greet us and our server Richard gave us exceptional service. Thank you Outback for making my dinner special!

  I ordered an entree and paid for the large size chili. The larger option cost 8$ the smaller one cost 2$. This was a an order for pickup. When I got the order the chili was a small cup worth of chili. I assumed they had given me the wrong size. So I called back to inform them. The takeout server told me that they only do one size for take out. So whether I spent 2 dollars or 8 dollars they were going to give me the same size container because that is the only to go container size they carry. I would have ordered a different entree entirely if I would have known that I would have been getting maybe 4 ounces of chili??? It’s not rocket science give me an extra cup if that’s all you have. It’s silly enough to just make you wonder how a group of people can be like “this makes sense”

  We were warmly greeted at the door by the lovely Crystal, who instantly made us feel right at home at Outback Steakhouse. We were there to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and with six of us gathered, the atmosphere was filled with joy. Our server, Haley, truly stood out with her vibrant personality and attentive nature. She listened to our needs, offered spot-on recommendations, and continually checked in on us throughout the meal, which made us feel genuinely cared for. Three of us ordered the filet mignon, all hoping for it to be medium, but when it arrived, it was unfortunately cooked to medium well. However, the manager, Reina, responded with such grace and understanding. She immediately came over to apologize and took our steaks away without hesitation. She quickly returned with our meals perfectly cooked, making us feel valued. The macaroni and cheese and loaded mashed potatoes I chose as my sides were simply delicious, and when I finally had a bite of my steak, it melted in my mouth—it was so tender. I wholeheartedly recommend the filet mignon for anyone seeking a truly delightful steak experience. My husband opted for the prime rib, which he found to be perfect, while my nephew ordered the steak salad and absolutely loved it. Everyone was thrilled with their entrees. In a beautiful gesture, my husband had mentioned to Haley that it was my sister’s birthday, and without skipping a beat, the staff came over to sing "Happy Birthday" to her. They brought out a scoop of ice cream , chocolate covered strawberries,and presented her with a piece of raspberry cheesecake to go, which was such a thoughtful extra gift. Overall, we had a truly wonderful evening at Outback Steakhouse. Reina went above and beyond in her role as manager, just as Haley and Crystal did in their service. The experience was exceptional, both in terms of food and care. If you’re in search of a lovely evening filled with great food and attentive service, I highly recommend visiting Outback Steakhouse in Snellville and asking for Haley.
