  The food overall was great, however my girlfriend's steak order was wrong.. She asked for medium well.. They served well done.. We sent that back.. My fries were hot cold and warm.. everything else was served as it should be.. The service was great and the atmosphere was nice..

  We come here about once a month and this is the third time we have had a not so great experience. Our server Symeon was alright, but the food was not. The restaurant was incredibly slow, it was a Thursday night around 7pm when we sat down. Two of our steak meals were incredibly salty, one was not edible and we had to send it back. When they brought out a new one it really wasn’t much better. Two sides of broccoli we ordered were still incredibly crunchy and hard to chew. Our server seemed in a hurry and cut two of us off while ordering. He also rang up one order incorrectly and brought out shrimp instead of chicken so she had to wait even longer for her food. The female manager on duty sat at the bar watching the tv for at least 40 minutes while we were there. She did stop by the table when we sent a steak back and apologized but didn’t let us know her name, nor did she offer anything else despite seeing only one of us had food at the table. I also went to the restroom during our visit and it was completely trashed. Things all over the floor. None of the three stalls had toilet paper inside of the holders. Two stalls had it sitting on the toilet, and one had rough brown paper tri-fold hand towels in it, and nothing else. Absolutely unacceptable for what they charge for dinner, and when they’re incredibly slow. It was more frustrating that the manager had nothing better to do than watch tv while the restaurant was in such disarray. We will not be returning to this location.

  We had the honor of having Kailyn (I hope that’s how she spells her name) for our server. She is truly one of the best servers we have ever had. She was absolutely precious and made our entire visit wonderful. The food was wonderful and we have zero complaints! Thank you for a great experience.

  We had a party of 15 and usually bring 6-20 people. It would be great to have a more solid plan on splitting checks in the party. Food is always great server was knowledgeable. Staff offered to clear plates once and never came back again so it got a little cluttered. For such a large party that was a little bit of a sore spot. Overall communication could be better. The vents over the large table area also have many of the party uncomfortable and cold. We had to request that get cut off. We will definitely be back as we come throughout the year. Just some room for improvement here.

  Hello, My family and I dined at the Outback Steakhouse location on 12/14/25 while out Christmas shopping. I want to start by saying that the customer service itself was good; however, I had several concerns regarding cleanliness and food-safety practices that left me uncomfortable. While the bartender appeared well-groomed, the bar area itself was noticeably dirty and not being maintained during service. The fruit garnishes (lemons and limes) were left out in the open, and I did not observe bartenders or servers using toothpicks or utensils when placing them into drinks, which raised hygiene concerns. Additionally, while washing my hands in the restroom, I observed a server exiting the restroom wearing her apron. From a food-safety standpoint, aprons should be removed before using the restroom to avoid cross-contamination. I also noticed food left on tables for extended periods, which added to my overall concern about cleanliness. While the service was polite and attentive, these observations made me uncertain about returning to this location in the future. I’m sharing this feedback because I believe in the brand and hope these concerns can be addressed to maintain the standards guests expect. Thank you for taking the time to review this matter.
