The hostess obviously doesn't know how the process works and didn't actually add me until I arrived, giving me the same wait time that a person not already on the wait-list received. Do not advertise a wait-list when you won't honor the process. I have two young children and we had been in the car all day, so I knew their patience was running thin and waiting in a crowded restaurant for a table was a bad idea. That is why I utilized the wait list. Now, I am sitting in the crowded waiting room with two young kids driving me insane when I should be sitting at a table.
