Whenever we were coming up to the cashier to receive our food, the tall Indian man got the attention of the girl and pointed at my girlfriend and they both proceeded to laugh. This obviously made our experience terrible and we will never come back here again

Nasty energy for no reason. Nobody is forcing u to work here if you don’t wanna work here then quit. I just came to get breakfast before I go to work it’s not my problem that u hate ur job or yall are understaffed. Also mobile ordering is turned off for whatever reason the app says the store is closed when they’re clearly open.

Only thing that was lukewarm was the nuggets went back after my shift at 2:30 and request a refund and at first the Hispanic girl manager didn’t wanna give didn’t wanna give me a refund for the McChicken sandwich because a bite was taken out of it, but how would I know the chicken sandwich was old without taking a bite also the fries were cold and when I asked for a refund for those, she said some fries were missing obviously some fries would be missing because how could I predict the future and know my fries were going to be cold. She was extremely rude and didn’t want to apologize. And didn’t even wear gloves going through my bag that already had my hands all over it. Will be reporting to corporate.
