  I've been there twice within a month. And every time I purchase two donuts. I whined up throwing them out because it tastes like the grease is old. Please change you Grease on a regularly.

  Got a dozen donuts and they messdup my order... they gave me 4 wrong donuts!!!! :( not going back there!!!!

  So I gave it two stars only because the staff was nice to me. I got three donuts the new York Cheesecake, biscoff cookie, and Oreo cookies and cream. All three has almost no filling and the dough was still raw in places. This is the second time this happened. I don't recommend this location due to the consistent issues with raw dough, however the one on pleasant Hill is not bad.

  My son really wanted Krispy Kreme so we placed an order online. It was received. We get there it starts to get crowded but I sent my son in to get them at the pick up time. He was told they didn't have what we ordered so I went in, since it was packed I had to wait, after awhile I just went to the front and Ester explained that they were short staffed and sold out of my order which I didn't understand how my order went through when they usually show unavailable items when you order. she them proceeded to tell me i needed to come earlier if I wanted certain flavors, i explained to her that my order went through so i shouldn't have had to come earlier. I asked for a refund she then tells me it would be another 10 mins for a refund despite me having to wait 20mins already to be told they don't have my order. The only reason i gave 4 stars is because Travis the gentleman to do the refund came up and though he told me i had to wait awhile for him to do the refund he was kind enough to still give me the promotion for $2 dozen, I also applaud him as it seemed he had to juggle many jobs and he still was very kind despite it seeming overwhelming. Ester made it clear they were only doing the $2 as a favor to me but to me it was just making it right, I believe though she seems to mean well her customer service could be a little better. I appreciate Travis keeping his word and though busy my refund was emailed 10 mins later.

  830 on a Saturday night and they are completely out of every donut except some glazed. The cashier at the drive-through window said they’re concentrating on supplying the stores. It is no wonder that the company lost $441 million in one quarter. Do better. Two dollars for a glazed donut is absurd
