  EDIT: they kindly issued me a full refund. I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but they literally tried to cancel my order and keep the money! I ordered delivery yesterday (New Years Eve) for a dozen assorted and a dozen original glazed. I ordered it around 2 pm to be delivered at 7:00. At 6:51, I got an email saying my delivery was canceled. No info, nothing. Just a number to call for “more information”. I called 10 times and no response. I ended up having to load my two young kids in the car with me and drive 25 mins to go sort things out because I wanted to either get my donuts or get a refund. I get there (lobby is closed due to short staffing. Totally get it) and am told they canceled it because they were out of assorted donuts… SO WHY DIDN'T they just call me and ask if I wanted something to replace those instead of canceling my delivery ON NEW YEARS EVE and keeping the money I paid for them??? I told them they could just replace it with another glazed dozen because that was fine… I’m just mad because they never reached out, they just canceled it 9 minutes before they were supposed to deliver to my NYE celebration, and then I find out it is because they didn’t have the right donuts and never refunded my money when they canceled. My order was close to $30 so it’s not like it was just a few bucks. Oh, and I asked them to refund me for my delivery driver tip that I paid with the order. My number was taken and I was told the manager would “call me” to sort things out. I’m hopeful she does but won’t be surprised if they were just trying to get rid of me. Hopeful I at least get my delivery driver tip refund or some sort of compensation since I tipped for a delivery that never happened.

  Every time I go i’m left at the speaker for a while. Tonight I arrived in the drive-through at 9:40 no one came to the speaker. So then I tried to come inside, the door was locked. They were sending at the register, looked at me and continued on doing what they were doing. I knocked on the door. The one girl told me we’re closed. Finally one of the cashiers came to the door and said we’re closed. I said you guys suppose to close at 10. She said we only have glaze which Is what I wanted. She said we’re closed And then I said it says you’ll close at 10 she told me to go back through the drive-through where she’ll take my order at the window. I asked her what time do you guys close? She said 9:50 and I said well I’ve been sitting at the speaker 10 minutes and she said that’s because we are close. If you are close 20 minutes earlier then Google says, the hours needs to updated per Google?

  Unfortunately I've been here a couple times since they opened this location and it somehow gets worse everytime. The other reviews are correct, they never have the specialty doughnuts, and the staff definitely do not care about their jobs. I got a refund on my dozen they didn't have most of the doughnuts for after getting ignored at the window for a while. Inside was pretty clean and the decorations are cute, it's just the food and service that are very bad. I love Krispy Kreme so I hope things get better in the future. Overall F

  I ordered three dozen CHRISTMAS SPECIALTY DOZEN for my Christmas party. Because I had to work, I specifically placed the order and paid through the app in the morning, scheduling pickup for 5 PM. To my surprise, when I arrived at the store, I was told they were sold out. My children were very disappointed, and you ruined my Christmas party! What's the point of ordering in advance through the app if this happens? Nobody even notified me that they were sold out, so I didn't even have a chance to buy them from another store! This is incredibly frustrating, especially during the holiday season. Please don't trust their app for ordering and in-store pickup!

  I’m a 48 year old man here at Krispy Kreme. I walk with another adult 3kids and a newborn baby in a car seat.Upon entering in and the floor in the Krispy Kreme is very slippery (greasy). I purchased a dozen glazed donuts . also asked for a few cups of water.Only to be told that the ice machine is down .I was told that the drinking water is hot &160 degrees from the espresso machine.There’s no bottle water to purchase. And there’s no dinner room napkins. Then I find out the employee at the cash register (Brooklyn) was lying about the water. Why the lying… we wanted a few cups of water to go with our glazed donuts as we always do whether we drive-thru or do an in store visit.We always get water. I was shocked so I asked my fiancée to ask .She approached the counter and asked for water.Brooklyn told her the same lie and there was another young lady that backed her up she was Hispanic.My fiancé was very confused and asked how was that possible?They stated that the machine has been down for the last 3 months.My fiancé asked for bottled water and they claimed that there was none.The same young lady was there backing up this false claim as she did when I approached the counter.Why?…The donuts are super sweet ..so you lie because you are too lazy to fix water or provide a few bottles to purchase?To add injury to insult.We could hear the drive through taking and iced coffee orders from the dining room.We are paying customers.However, I would like to point out that a very kind middle aged sweet lady came out from all the way in the back with two cups of ice cold water.We kindly declined,because at this point we felt lied to and feelings of discrimination.But that act of kindness by the middle aged woman,clearly verified the lack of integrity with these two employees .It was extremely upsetting.This experience was one the worst that we have ever encountered at this location.Terrible management & young people employees are allowed to group together behind the register on phones and lying while looking you straight in the eyes to the public about something as small as water is immensely disrespectful .This needs to be reprimanded immediately.
