- JHJackie HintonNov 30, 20251.0This is my normal location that I've been coming to for years and I've never had any issues with my order the only complaint I've ever had was some of the inconsistent hours but today I ordered a pepperoni Stromboli and a chef salad (my normal order) I arrived home with my order and it was completely flat only pepperoni no cheese inside whatsoever. I called to ask for it to be made right. She said the manager would call me back at 3 he never called I had to call him back at 6 and when he answered he only offered me 25% off my next order basically $5 off my next order why would I order again when they never made my order correct the first time? This location is closest to my house but I feel like I can get much better service at the Grayson location with the inconsistent hours and lack of respect for regular customers I won't be back.
