  Store advertises the combo $1+ all over but apparently doesn't work, very upsetting, just opted in for the sandwich alone. Didnt cut my sandwich like I asked and wasn't very tasty.

  Today, we irdered a cater delivery for a staff lunch. I appreciate that the store called to inform me how busy they were and would deliver the order within 30min. The order was perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious! Then, the icing on the cake was the driver returned with extra sides and cookies to apologize for the delay! Way to go a step above! JJ defined hospitality with their actions!

  I did dine in. Gave me wrong sandwich. Apparently mine went out the door with DoorDash. They of course fixed my order **No exaggeration this is hands down the slowest Jimmy Johns I have ever been too. I come often because it’s the closest one. Every time it takes forever

  Tried to do the promo for toasted Tuesday. The Web site is terrible it wouldn't accept the code and said I had to create an account. I did and then it wouldn't accept it a second time stating I already used it!!! Not much of a promo if they block me from using it!!!!!

  Freaky fast is a thing of the past and they need to quit marketing it. Waited over half an hour for two subs. Two families were here before us and there’s no telling how long they were waiting. We watched as they made every single online order before ours. Even ones that came through after we placed ours.
