  My experience at this Domino’s was ruined by the manager’s attitude. She was disrespectful, unhelpful, and made no effort to correct the problem with my order. If this is how the manager operates, it explains the poor service at this location the manger refuses to tell Me her name she said it’s none of my business this happened yesterday at 5:45 last night when I went to go get my timed order

  If there were a way to a less than 1 star I would. My husband ordered a pizza to our home for our children’s dinner. Our property has a latch gate entrance easily opened. The instructions were to deliver the pizza to the door. With out a call, without communication and without even an attempt to deliver to the door our pizza was left on the ground outside of the gate. It wasn’t until I called to see when the delivery’s would arrive that we were told to “look outside the driver left it at the gate “ WHAT IN THE!!!!! This is the service you can expect.

  I had stop coming here for years, whom ever they had managing this place a few years back ran it into the ground.. I lost my faith in this food chain. HOWEVER, after going in yesterday and trying it again after 4 years, I may end up being a customer again. I picked up my pizza and was greeted with smiles, it was fast and efficient, and my pizza was hot :) So Kuddos to the team that was working on Oct. 2. 2025. Pay them extra!

  Why does Dominoes allow you to pick a time and shows up late by at least 15 minutes? I’m done with Dominoes crappy service.Yall still can’t fix your hot mess. I gave you all over an hour and were still 25 minutes late UNExCUSEdABlE!

  After years of buying pizza from dominos I think I have defiantly come to a decision of not spending my hard earned money with them anymore. I ordered a few pizzas from them last night and was not happy with the specialty pizza ordered it was supposed to be a bbq sausage pizza half with green peppers and onions. well I got about 3 slices with the added veggie and no sausage which was paid for. the pizza was very dry as there was hardly any bbq sauce also the crust was very fat with hardly any cheese stuffing and the actual pizza that was supposed to have all the paid toppings was the fattest I've ever seen and I mean flatter than ny style pizza. I have photos and videos of this mess of a pizza. I called and spoke to a manager who was not very pleasant and just talked over me the whole time. she thwn said I would need to speak to her manager because it's a franchise business. smh I offered to bring her the pizza or send the video and photos which clearly show everything I stated she was beyond rude and I asked what day do I call to speak to her manager and she said she didn't no. sooooo irritated in a world where everything is already expensive I expect to spend my money and at least get what I pay for. mind you I order from them almost every week with no issues. I mind as well go to Stevie bs or anywhere else at least I will get good service. this is terrible. I wish the real manager would reach out to me so we could fix the issue. I'm not even asking for my money back I just wanted what I paid for. why charge extra for toppings and not put them on the pizza and whoever made my pizza had to have been new. the two cheese pizzas were perfect. I really can not make this up the specialty pizza was so thin you could barely pick it up.
