- ZVZechariah Varughese2 days ago2.0I went to go get the new Al pastor chicken. The associates said we would have to wait ten minutes. We waited and came back in and it was still not done which is fine. We waited a little longer and it finally came out. The associate then started rushing. I watched the associate demolish a burrito because she couldn’t fold it. She tried once then she grabbed a second tortilla to wrap it in and it broke in the second one. The associate saw this and still wrapped it in the foil. This whole time she is huffing and puffing saying stuff under her breath. She finishes that and starts on my two bowls by that time another associate saw associate number one was frustrated so she started taking care of us. The associate was perfect until we got to the veggies where she just started throwing stuff. The whole counter was just full of just stuff they were throwing half of the other burrito and my veggies. The lettuce even fell in the queso. It just was a horrible experience because they were rushed. I understand it gets busy but that type of attitude shouldn’t be the way you take care of customers.

I had already eaten about 1/4 of the bowl when I discovered it, I’m seriously sick to my stomach right now. The last time I visited this location, I received fatty undercooked meat, the food quality has really been on the decline…. this was the last straw for me.

I was told they were out of cheese for the main line, but while standing there I could clearly see they were still using cheese for mobile/online orders. When I politely asked if I could get the same cheese they were giving to mobile orders, I was met with attitude and told “no, only if you order online.” That makes no sense and feels unfair to customers who are actually in the store. If you have ingredients, they should be available to everyone—not just online orders. Poor customer service and a bad attitude ruined what should’ve been a simple visit.
