  I am a chipotle eaten machine and by far this is the worst chipotle ever every single time I ordered delivery. My order is messed up. It’s either missing ingredients or not my order at all. Well today they decided to add ingredients that was not on the list and it’s actually a damn allergy of mine I am beyond pissed off and all they can do is give me a free entrée, but I’m sitting here starving working waiting for my damn food!! I am over and I can’t even get in touch with a manager because everything is Tele prompt

  People are friendly but their food needs a lot of work. Rice isnt always good well and can be hard at times. They always skimpy with how much meat and rice they put in your bowl or tortilla. Sour cream was water down last time as well

  I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IT WAS A DISASTER AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I went their with my baby and kids to get the BOGO deal for the tacos and to get a free bowl. so you’re supposed to but 3-tacos and get an entree for so i ordered 2 bowls and i was supposed to get 2 orders of 3-tacos. The plan was to give my son the 2 orders of tacos and share the bowls between us, and while ordering the rice and beans i noticed they only gave me 1 order of tacos and were not going to give me the other tacos, but when i asked the worker they seemed as if they didn’t know there was a BOGO, even though the were stating it again and again aloud but someone who seemed to have a higher position told her yes their was and all of this was going one in a fast point, and we told her we need the other tacos and she said then you need to get in the back of the line , so this made me mad because they were not listening to me, and at the end i told them again and they again said i need to go to the back and that still made me mad because there was a long line and i cant go all the way back and she said just take the food but that was not fair because why didn't i get my free food. and about the lady who said all those was on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at 5:30 P.M. and she was rude to me and i even noticed how she was being rude to another customer about him getting something else which seemed like sauce and she told the man you can only get one which from my experience of ordering their i have got other “sauces” like vignette. At the end i took my kids and left the place without taking the food and walked out. In all, I had a horrible experience and they pissed me off and they have HORRIBLE customer service!

  Wow where do I start? How about don’t come here. I came tonight on 12/3/25 and stood in line for 20 min and couldn’t help but to notice the young guy on the line was super slow and leaving all the work to his worker. She ran the front, the cash register and also was running to the back while everyone stayed in their position. When I got to the front she lets me know they are out of chicken, pinto beans and white rice (mind you the pickup order line had all of that) so I wish she would have said that because I came there for chicken. As I was ordering they were scrapping the last of everything. I asked for a taco to go in a bowl and Lawrenceville charges for me for that. I said this many times to the white girl with ponytail and she proceeds as she understands.. when I was at the cash out part I had to wait additional time because a woman can e in for a gift card and she just checked her out without even saying sorry or excuse me.. so as I checked out she charged me for bowls.. I explained to her I order all the time like this and she said she had to charge me that way and offered to remake it and I let her know she didn’t even have anything left to even remake so I just left… this was poor management, poor staffing, poor observation to customers needs, poor communication and poor decision making as a whole.. I would fire them all just based off of what I experienced tonight. Go to sugarloaf chipotle. No long lines, no poor communication and the teamwork is precise.
