  Unfortunately this location is not great. The customer service from most staff is bad, there have been multiple times where employees have put the wrong item in my bowl and when i told them they didn’t seem to care they just added the correct item…considering i don’t really like any other ingredients than what i order these things can ruin a whole $15 bowl. The are constantly out of things like toppings and dressings which i get but this has happened so often i feel there should have been a solution by now. The day crew is usually good however anytime i go in the evening my experience has been negative. The price of the food is way too expensive for the customer service to be terrible and so many inconveniences. Hoping they will do better.

  My experience today was a lot better than it's been the last few months. My order was ready on time and Izaiah made sure that I was taken care of as soon as he saw me walk up to the counter. Frederick always does his best to make sure things are running smoothly. It was refreshing to see that they are working towards providing a better experience for their customers.

  I always come after work and most of the time I’m serviced by Frederick & Izayah( I know I may have misspelled his name). I look forward to speaking with them and They always give me great customer service. In addition, they always remember my meals 😃 and introduce me to all the new things. I know that they service so many people throughout the day but those small gestures mean so much. I love this location.

  Every time I come in here, the attitude from the team is honestly disappointing. It’s not just the staff...sometimes management, too. Most visits, I’m met with energy that makes me want to stop mid-order and walk right out. And that’s sad, because the food is REALLY good. But I’m truly at the point where I may not come back. On top of that, the consistency is all over the place. Some days I get two full scoops of corn, other days I barely get half of one. Same with the protein... one day it’s a full scoop, the next day it’s noticeably less. For the price I’m paying with my hard-earned money, consistent portions and great customer service should not be too much to ask. If you need an example of what great service looks like, just take a page from Chick-fil-A. This shouldn’t be complicated. Get it together.

  I can’t rave enough about Shasa. A few days ago there was a lady ahead of me in line that was livid because she accused the server of giving her half scoops (half portions) of saffron rice. Things escalated quickly but Sasha intervened from all the way out of the back kitchen to make this lady’s bowl personally! Not only did she talk her off that ledge she was about to jump off, but she had her laughing by the time she rung her up! The lady got her rice, no hands were thrown, the line sped up, & everybody left satisfied! She is by far sure the smoothest criminal since Mike!
