This was my first and last time visiting CAVA.
I waited in line for almost 25–30 minutes, and as a first-time customer, the ordering process was confusing. The menu board is small and not very clear, so it’s hard to understand how to order if you’ve never been there before.
My wife ordered first, and several items she wanted were unavailable. Every substitution she had to make ended up costing extra, which felt like constant nickel-and-diming. That left a bad impression, especially after already waiting so long.
As a business owner myself, I pay attention to customer experience. Between the long wait, confusion, unavailable items, and added charges for substitutions, this just isn’t a business model I support. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a good experience for us, and I won’t be returning

We had a GREAT experience today at the Cava Snellville location. Had a lovely conversation with the newly promoted manager, Shasa. We expressed our concerns about other unpleasant experiences and my decreased frequency of visiting the restaurant due to them. She took my concerns seriously and said she would address them with management, which was greatly appreciated.
The staff on the line was extraordinary today! Our experience started with Izaiah. He was very professional and courteous. I am not sure if his goal is to progress with Cava, but he would make a fantastic addition to the management team. Next, Keisha helped us. Keisha has a funny, sassy personality, which lifted our spirits. She is a light, and it was a pleasure to talk to her. Lastly, Giselle rang us up. While Giselle was quiet, her kindness spoke volumes.
We honestly stopped visiting this location so often because not all the staff reflect what I think are Cava’s values. However, today’s team was outstanding! Please continue staffing this location with the professional, upbeat, and fun staff you had today, and we will start coming back more often!

I came in about 20 minutes before closing and parked right in front of the door. An employee came outside and told me that if I wanted to order, I needed to hurry because they were about to close. I said okay, came inside, and began ordering.
While I was ordering, the employee assisting me had a very poor attitude and was extremely passive-aggressive. I found this disappointing because, closing soon or not, I was still a paying customer.
I come to this location at least once a week and usually have no issues, but this experience was very unpleasant. Because of the lack of customer service, I will not be returning. I hope this is addressed and handled better in the future.

DO NOT order ur food online. I DoorDashed my order bc I was extremely busy and needed a quick meal. Spent $30 just to have a bowl that was NOT EVEN HALF full. It’s honestly embarrassing how an employee would package that and think it’s okay to send out. The manager, I believe her name was Sasha, didn’t seem like she cared (I don’t blame her she wasn’t the one who went hungry and lost money), she said if I come back I can have my bowl refilled. The whole point of DOORDASH is bc u are unable to get to the restaurant. Just a waste of money and time. It’s just disrespectful to the costumer when they do things like this bc they know it’s an online order so they know they will get away with nonsense. Just DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!

I came into CAVA a couple hours ago after dealing with some stuff, and I believe her name was deja I don’t quite remember but honestly she made my experience so much better. She was kind, patient, and had such a calm, welcoming vibe that really helped. She made sure my order was right without rushing me, and you can tell she actually cares beyond just doing her job. She is definitely a reason I’ll be back
