  The place looks fancy, but the food is "Corporate-Nasty." The $30 Lobster Ravioli tasted like it was poured out of a can and then heated in the microwave. The Calamari was no better. Corporate restaurants are very skilled at taking as much quality and cost out of meals as they can. They know most Snellville people will still pay for and eat that dog food.

  This was my first visit to Bonefish Grill and definitely not my last! The hostess was cordial and welcoming! My server Daniel, was very pleasant and professional. He did an awesome job in telling me about the seasonal menu, and the lunch specials. Upon request, he also took the time to tell me about his favorite items, which I tried, and enjoyed as well! I'm looking forward to trying other items from there, however, their wood grilled chicken with pan asian sauce was really tasty, so I may have to get that again.

  On 10/12/25 we were scheduled to pick up our catering order at 5pm for our family's birthday celebration. Once, we arrived the food was not prepared for our 6pm celebration. We had to wait 45 minutes, like my cousin mentioned in her google review of this Bonefish. They tried to rush the order and in doing so, did not provide adequate enough of food that was purchased for our set guest count. On top of that, they asked us if we brought something to tote the catering order in. I have never heard of that before myself either. I immediately called back to speak to the catering manager. I spoke to a Mrs Vanessa. She was very reassuring on the phone, however she never followed up like she said she would do. In turn, we received a message on the Ezcater app for Jorge P. blaming us for being late and never taking responsibility for them not having our order ready or the missing food we paid for. This particular Bonefish in the Snellville, GA was a true disappointment.

  My family chose to have Bonefish Grill cater our reunion last weekend and we were very disappointed. Our order was not ready when we arrived at the designated pick up time. We waited 45 minutes to get our food. Then we were told we should have brought our own bags - unheard of. By the time we returned to our AirBnB everyone was starving but to our surprise there wasn’t enough food for everyone! The restaurant offered us a credit that has yet to be seen. This put a damper on what was supposed to be a wonderful family celebration.
