  I really don't understand why this place has gone down on service and the quality of food being served. Always a wait to get your order taken, Always a wait to get your food. The presentation of food served is not good. Today had grits dried out, pcs. of bacon not strips, half order of cheese and eggs note this should have been a breakfast platter. I find the so called cook Tonya is rude and very unprofessional because of here comments when I asked for my bacon a certain way. This place needs an overhaul fast.

  I wish I could no star and as far as food idk never got to order was asked if I was ready I said yeah still no order waited 15 min someone walks in they take his order immediately so I went to zaxbys

  The first face you see is extremely important when you walk into an establishment, right? Well,the first face,that's oddly called,"BEAUTIFUL",IS NOT SO BEAUTIFUL! Why would Bojangles ,which is an amazing place to dine,would have a Cashier at the front of the house! represent them,with an attitude ,absolutely no sense urgency, employee, is waaay beyond me ! SHE WALKS AWAY,YELLING OUT LOUD THAT SHES GOING TO THE RESTROOM!,AS PATRONS ARE COMING IN TO ORDER AND POSSIBLY DINE IN! This act literally left the kitchen saying, 'Why would she just up amd do that???,as you know,setting operation of the buisness behind!,from customer's orders, customers wanting to place an order,down to food coming out in a timely fashion! Backs everybody up ,EQUALS EVENTUALLY= CHAOS! InWhich you can see in "BEAUTIFUL'S" attitude via body language ! Then arrives an Angel from the back of the house,who peaks out to see the mayhem that is getting to unfold!,stops it! And says Mamam! How can I make things better! Her name is Dawn! Great attitude ! Cares about customers! Cares about her job! Dawn!!! Needs to be management! (If shes not already)she needs to be District or Regional! Seriously! You always have the good and bad together! And definitely this was one of the good guys in this experience! I pray! She is working the next time I enter this Bojangles, in Snellville! Right before Hewett road!,again! Dawn!!! Way to go! Put that "Beautiful",(funny the name),in the back!!!! And YOU SHOULD BE IN THE FRONT REPRESENTING BOJANGELS WITH YOUR PRETTY SMILE! GREAT ATTITUDE! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, CUSTOMER CARE!   I ordered a times 4 cheese egg sausage biscuit and a 2 piece chicken on sale 2.99 I ate the chicken it was spicy chicken I did not order. The biscuits were missing the cheese, and egg The robot drive thru made me repeat the biscuits order twice. Not much attention given to what you order It's what they want or they have available I guess.

  Dawn and her crew saved us. We had unexpected visitors for Christmas. Dawn made the ordering and pick up process so smooth. I used to go to Popeyes now we come to Bojangles. Through the a grace of God Bojangles rescued us and we had enough food for everybody.God bless you all.
