The customer service was fine, but the food? TRASH. My sandwich was drowned in mayo — and I mean wrapped around the entire sandwich. On the bread, under the bread, on top of the bread, and oozing out the sides like somebody made it blindfolded. There was barely any lettuce, no onions, and the whole thing was so messy I had to take it apart and rebuild it at home on my own bread. That’s ridiculous. I tried calling the store multiple times to let them know, and they didn’t answer the phone once. And the “apple pie shake”? Be for real. It tasted like a plain vanilla shake with nothing apple about it. This location is embarrassing. Zero stars. Zero flavor. Zero effort. I want my money back just off the strength of how disappointing this was.

After an extended wait I entered the restaurant to ask about my order. What I received was GARBAGE! The spicy chicken sandwich was cold and rubbery...which let me know it was precooked maybe frozen. It was thawed and heated in a microwave. The complimentary fries I was given by the manager for my extended wait were cold. This location is always a disappointment...I have ordered from this location in the past with the same or similar outcome different menu item. I'm done...I will not return.
