  I dont think they can make matcha latta better then Dunkin donuts. I order one and I didn't like it this the second time I got one from them and it never turned out right now dunkin made me one and it was on point for me. This is my experience. I think I will stay with dunkin. 7brew is not that good to me anymore. Plus I have to travel so far to get it. Some of the workers was nice and friendly and some of them are not friendly or Nice. The restaurant outside was clean 👌🏽

  Today was the 3rd time I went through at this location in 2 months and got the WRONG DRINK!!! Calling the 800# is useless no one ever returns your call and the store doesn't have a direct number. I paid for a Mocha Candy Cane and got plain black coffee no milk no sugar. Snellville you have to do BETTER!!!

  I used to frequent this location when they first opened and the workers were so nice and would converse professionally. My problem now is that when I go, I don’t feel wanted there. It has happened more than once where I pull up and I don’t get greeted and they just go straight for my order. Last time the girl that took my order didn’t even say a word to me, she just turned around and started talking with the car next to me! I thought 7Brew was about cultivating kindness, not mean behavior. I really enjoyed the coffee here because it’s so good and the options are limitless, but these types of interactions make me not even was to pull up. Y’all need to do better training at this location and have the employees talk more with the customers rather than among themselves.

  The coffee is great and I will still come by here. my issue is with the little girl with the red locks and her nasty little attitude. Getting mad when a car pulls in when you had just ONE car in line is crazy. If you dont like dealing with costumers get yourself another job where they can condone your nasty attitude. Grow up. they will give you attitude when you get there at 10:10p.m even when they close at 11:00p.m

  I am a frequent visitor of 7brew, I go at least 2 times a week to the one near my home, but this one is on the way to work, so I end up at this one if I find myself a little too tired. On multiple occasions I’ve been met with terrible attitudes and condescending tone from who I can only assume is the manager. On one occasion I came and it was around 5:15 (google said it opened at 5) and after waiting about 10 minutes and meeting eyes with this individual MULTIPLE times, I finally asked if they were open and was met with a condescending response of “we open at 5:30, and always have” which isn’t true because i’m almost always there around 5:15-5:20. She also was VERY inconvenienced when I asked for my drink to be remade when it was wrong. Honestly just a really bad look for 7 brew.
