  It was my first time at this location and this place of establishment and the coffee was pretty good. Went back maybe a week later to get a smoothie and again it was really good. The customer service was good. We had a guy the first time and he could have been a little more. You know happy. I guess you can say or more into it which he was great. Don't get me wrong and same time was a lady same. It can be a little more like they're more into it, but again they still help. They had the suggestions which were awesome. It was quick. Overall it's a really good place. Whenever I'm down near location, I will definitely be back to try other things on the menu.

  Waited in line a lot longer than usual and i asked for light ice. Got the drinks and they were almost filled to the brim with ice and I kindly asked if it was light ice and the worker took it back, a minute later i heard yelling about if i “paid for no ice”. and the yelling continued. the past couple times i’ve been here hasn’t been the best but this is just insane. and on top of that the drinks seem watered down

  It was my first time at 7brew the young lady that took our order was amazing. She took time to go over options and made suggestions.When we pulled up to get our drinks, the two people who were distributing the orders were equally as friendly and personable. I honestly have never had such great service at a fast food place as I had at 7brew in Snellville.

  Today was my first time at 7 brew because it was recommended to me. I will say I completely understand they are training a bunch of people for a different location, at least from what I was told by a worker there. I had ordered the cloud 9 matcha iced latte and it only tasted like watered down milk and matcha, which if I’m not mistaken it was supposed to be lavender and vanilla but didn’t taste like it. I’m waiting for it to calm down before I go back and try it again.

  There are SO many menu offerings, I got overwhelmed and asked for a recommendation. Our server recommended something 1/4 sweet that ended up being perfect. On top of having the perfect coffee, our service was outstanding. Our server was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, made friendly small talk while we waited (short wait), and dried the condensation off our cups before handing them to us. Sorry I didn’t catch your name, but your incredible service is what prompted me to write this review. ❤️☕️ Pro-tip: read the menu before you arrive. There are tons of options!
