The lady in the drive through hands me a cup filled with more ice than the actual matcha drink. I was in a rush so I had to eat that visit. Fast forward to today. I once again asked for a large almond protein matcha NO ICE. And again I’m handed a cup filled with no ice and nothing but FROTH!!!!! Customer service here sucks hell they can barely speak English!!!
